Choice

The series Choice was created in 2025 and reflects a period when society finds itself in pre-election tension, between hope and anxiety, between faith in change and fear of uncertainty. It captures the feelings of the moment when public space is filled with voices, colors and slogans, and the silence in people is drowned out by all possible sensations. This series of paintings is primarily an examination of personal responsibility. How each of us decides what we believe, what we are willing to give up, and what we are willing to defend. 

The individual paintings make us think about whether we really choose ourselves in life, or whether our fears, wounds, beliefs or unfulfilled dreams choose for us. The paintings are an intimate portrait of a person in the process of searching. Searching for truth, meaning, courage and balance between who we are and what decisions we make in life.
