Info about the painting: When he made a hole in the wall for the sixth time, she heard again that she had no value or rights at all, and had to pull broken glass out of her daughter's and her own hair, she finally had the courage to look the truth in the eye, and while he was at work, she ran away and asked for help. Despite this, somewhere deep down she still believed that the situation with her partner would change for the better or that it wasn't so bad. However, she also knew that if she wanted to save her daughter's health and her own, there was no other solution than to leave. Whether it was physical, verbal, psychological, economic, religious, reproductive or sexual violence from any side, it was a form of violence that was unacceptable, that needed to be acknowledged and not be afraid to seek professional help before it was too late. What was important was the awareness that no one had the right to inflict physical or psychological pain on another person, to make them feel worthless.
